I am a pioneering leader in materials science, electronics, and photonics, with a distinguished career spanning over 15 years in academia and industry. My expertise encompasses organic electronics, photonics, and energy systems. I led prestigious institutions such as the Centre of Organic and Nanohybrid Electronics and secured over €20 million in research funding.

My groundbreaking research includes pioneering a mechanism to elucidate the switching dynamics between delayed fluorescence and room-temperature phosphorescence in OLEDs, a significant advancement in understanding and optimizing these critical light-emitting devices. Furthermore, I spearheaded the development of exciplex-based hyperfluorescence OLEDs, demonstrating a novel approach to enhancing device efficiency and exploring new avenues for sustainable light sources.

Throughout my career, I have mentored over 40 professionals, collaborated with industry leaders like Merck KGaA and Ossila Ltd., and spearheaded over 20 international projects. My achievements include developing novel thin-film batteries and pioneering exciplex-based hyperfluorescence OLEDs.

Recognized by over 30 awards, including the Symbol Award for Synergy of Science and Business and MIT Technology Review’s Top 10 Talents Under 35, I continue to inspire innovation through impactful design & development, collaborations, and mentorship.
