  • Learn to prioritize requirements based on value, risk, dependencies, and other factors using techniques such as MoSCoW method (Must Have, Should Have, Could Have, Won’t Have) and Kano model.

    • Capture, store, and manage requirements electronically.
    • Track changes and versions of requirements.
    • Generate reports and dashboards to track progress and identify potential issues.
    • Facilitate collaboration and communication among stakeholders.
• Improve Communication and Collaboration:
  • Enhance communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including customers, end-users, developers, testers, and project managers.
  • Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing within the project team.
  • Build consensus among stakeholders on project requirements and priorities.
• Apply Requirements Management Principles Throughout the Project Lifecycle:
  • Understand the importance of requirements management in all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to design, development, testing, and maintenance.
  • Learn how to integrate requirements management activities into the overall project management process.
  • Ensure Quality in Requirements:
    • Understand the importance of quality in requirements engineering, including accuracy, completeness, consistency, and testability.
    • Learn techniques for reviewing and validating requirements to ensure they meet quality standards.
    • Integrate Quality Assurance principles into the requirements management process.
