What is the MIND Mentoring Program?
The MIND program — Manufacturing Insights, Networking & Development — is a mentoring and professional growth initiative designed to equip the next generation of manufacturing talent with the knowledge, connections, and confidence to succeed in a rapidly evolving industry.
At its core, MIND blends practical insights from experienced professionals, meaningful networking opportunities, and targeted development activities to help early-career engineers, technicians, and future leaders thrive. How to apply for the Next educational program?

- You will receive a recruitment survey at the e-mail address.
- Fill out the recruitment survey received.
- The time for completing recruitment surveys lasts until September 21, 2025.
- In October we will contact candidates selected in the first recruitment stage
- The second stage of recruitment consists of individual interviews with selected candidates for the program

2. Enroll to Tailored Mentoring Program

Matching Process: After the interview, we will match you with a suitable mentor based on your career goals, interests, and personality.
3. Participate Mentoring Meetings
Program Orientation: Attend a orientation session to learn more about the program, meet your mentor, and discuss expectations for the relationship.
Mentoring Meetings: Begin regular meetings with your mentor, following the agreed-upon schedule and format.
4. Complete Mentoring Program
Program Evaluation: Participate in periodic evaluations to provide feedback on the program and your mentoring relationship.
Program Completion: Upon completion of the program, you will receive a certificate of completion.
5. Alumni Network
Join our alumni network to stay connected with other program participants and mentors.
